On May 1, 2012, the government of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, through Supreme Decree No. 1214, nationalized in favor of ENDE the share package owned by the Sociedad Red Eléctrica Internacional S.A.U on Transportadora de Electricidad S.A. Based on this fact, the Social Responsibility commitments were reaffirmed, with the aim of meeting the needs and expectations of our Groups and Stakeholders.
