A power outage affected the departments of Chuquisaca, Tarija and Potosí for almost an hour yesterday, due to a failure in the National Interconnected System (SIN). This was reported by Servicios Eléctricos Potosí Sociedad Anónima (Sepsa) before consulting this newspaper in its office in Plaza Arce. At 2:20 a.m., complaints began from users whose children had to attend classes to make up the days that the pedagogical break was extended.
