The idea that young and rebellious people ENDE Transmisión, a subsidiary of ENDE Corporación, as part of its Substation Maintenance School in the months of September, October and November of the 2021 management is carrying out advanced specialized training to Engineers and Technicians of Substations of the 9 regional offices that the Company has in the country.
The development of the training that is in charge of the Substation Maintenance Department, under the Operations and Maintenance Management of ENDE Transmisión, is divided into 3 modules:
Module 1: Substation Equipment (carried out in September 2021)
- Substation Configuration
- Isolation Coordination
- Power Transformers
- Power Switches
- Instrumentation Transformers (CTs and PTs)
- Lightning rod
- Battery Banks
Module 2:Substation Maintenance (carried out in October 2021)
- Management of Preventive, Predictive and Corrective Maintenance
- Advanced Inspection of Substations
- Maintenance of transformers, tests on own protections
- Switch Maintenance
- Maintenance of Instrumentation Transformers (CTs and PTs)
- Lightning Rod Maintenance
- Battery Bank Maintenance

- Handling the thermovisor
