EL PAÍS: Governor of Tarija invites the Government to mediate dialogue with Chaco
The governor of the department of Tarija, Oscar Montes Barzón, said that the invitation to the authorities of the Autonomous Region of Chaco to meet and initiate the reconciliation of accounts on the resources from royalties and the Direct Tax on Hydrocarbons continues ( HDI). He also invited the national government to be a mediator in the dialogue between the two levels of government.
