(El periódico-September, 30/2022) The governor of the department of Tarija, Oscar Montes Barzón, public opinion informed Thursday that Justice determined to release Bs 122 millions that were retained in accounts of said body as a precautionary measure by debt pending with the National Electricity Company (ENDE).
