ENDE TRANSMISIÓN, a subsidiary of Ende Corporation, as part of its maintenance school for Substations After two weeks, he carried out a specialized training on “Maintenance of power switches ”, aimed at engineers and substations technicians of the 9 offices regional that the company has in the country.
The planned training activities for 2022 management, which contemplated the realization of this Theoretical-practical course, were carried out by the Department of Maintenance of Substations, dependent on the Operations and Ende Transmission Management, with the following contents:
DAY 1:
1. INTRODUCTION AND GENERAL CONCEPTS OF SWITCHES.
2. Principle of operation.
3. Failure modes analysis.
4. Switch maintenance.
DAY 2:
5. Tribology of a switch.
6. SF6 gas and hermeticity control.
7. Cutting Chamber Opening: Siemens 3ap1, BBC ELF123N1BTV, ABB HPL245D1/B and AEG 145S1.
8. Mechanical demonstrations in ABB mechanisms: BLG352C, BLG1002A, BLK152, BLK222 and MSD1.Siemens: FG and FI, ALSTOM-GE: FK3-1 2006 and 2011. BBC: Emag heat.
DAY 3:
9. Tests and trials.
