UNICOM ENDE, 7/10/2022.- In order to encourage electromobility, the care of the environment and under the framework of the National Government’s Decarbonization Policy for the implementation of renewable energy, the National Electricity Company (ENDE) Corporation, is sponsor of the Bolivia 2022 Solar RallyIts first version that brings together teams from the country and Latin America, it is organized by the FEICOBOL Foundation, Immersive S.R.L.Consultative Group and sustainable innovation.

During the launch made this October 5, the General Manager of ELFEC, Ing. Héctor Maldonado, on behalf of Ende Corporation, said that this activity seeks a substantial change in the use of fossil fuels and the use of sustainable energies, byThat is that it has been incorporating electroberas throughout Bolivia, which allow car recharge, promoting electromobility and care of the environment.He also said that the solar rally seeks the construction of vehicles that can travel 140 km minimally with the use of batteries loaded with a photovoltaic system that does not contaminate and that it is an initiative of special interest for Ende.

For his part, Marcela Fernández, head of Electromovilia Immersive S.R.L., thanked the support provided by Ende Corporation, through its Delpaz subsidiaries, Ende Transmission and ELFEC, in the realization of this activity, jointly promoting between private sector and companiesNationals of the electricity sector, respect for the environment with the proposal of alternatives for the reduction of CO2 in the urban transport sector.

The solar rally aims to challenge research teams of universities, technical institutes and innovation companies in the field of technological development, present designs and conceptual models of electric vehicles for urban use in our cities.It presents two categories for its contest of hybrids and innovation, seeking to encourage not only the care of the environment but also the construction of 100% national cars.
