(La Paz, September 13, Vice Ministry of Communication) .- President Luis Arce Catacora opened on Wednesday the Carrasco – Santiváñez transmission line in 500 kV (kilowol) that demanded an investment of Bs 1,385 million and will guarantee the electrical security of the entire system National Interconnected (SIN).
