The company Enda Transmission, a subsidiary of Ende Corporation, in order to guarantee reliability and maximum availability of the equipment associated with the 500 kV Carrasco transmission line – Santiváñez, made the removal of dielectric oil samples, reactors of Main bar line and reactors, which were subsequently analyzed in the laboratory of oils that the company has in the city of Cochabamba.

For the extraction of oil samples, safety protocols and standards are followed international to guarantee the integrity of the process.Subsequently, the oil is analyzed in the Ende oil laboratory in Cochabamba.

Due to the voltage level, the power and its importance in the interconnection trunk system (STI), the Power transformers have online monitors of gas operation parameters generated, moisture content, partial discharges in bushings, oil temperature and windings, by What, the results obtained in the oil laboratory are a way to verify metrologically the measured values and therefore the increase in the reliability of the equipment.

ENDE Transmisión currently has a modern dielectric oil analysis laboratory in Cochabamba, to be able to carry out periodic monitoring of the oil condition of the transformers, with the purpose of making reconditioning and/or change of it in a timely manner, before the oil continues its deterioration and can produce failures in the transformers.
